I came to Alberta to put together information, material, and pictures for a series of columns that were to appear in the Daily Herald (one of Chicago's three, main, daily newspapers). The information was also going to be used on my weekly, outdoor radio talk show heard across North America.
Alberta Tourism hooked me up with Keith Rae, and that alone was one of the high points of my expedition.
We fished on rivers and lakes-and we also sat and shared experiences as well.
Keith's expertise, knowledge, and willingness to go that "extra mile" for his angling clients is what makes Get Hooked Fishing Adventures a unique guide service and experience!
His appreciation of northern Alberta's resources shined through the fog when we rounded a bend in the river. He demonstrated his true passion for protecting that resource as he pointed out various nicks and crannies. And then when it came time to stop and rest a bit with lunch, Keith provided a feast fit for an angling king.
